Dental insurance plans cover between 50 and 100% of cost depending on treatment and plan in effective at the time of service.  As a courtesy we will file claims for you and only ask for your estimated co-insurance. Please understand that this is only an estimate and is based on the information available to us. We participate in an extensive list of PPO insurance plans and some HMO. We however do not not participate in any DMO as they do not allow for most procedures that we deem necessary for our patient's overal dental health.
